My name is Kyle Boucher. I was born and partially raised in North Dakota. I am the oldest of three brothers and one sister. When I was 12 my Mom and Dad moved the family to Jordan, Minnesota where I graduated in 2002, and where I still reside to this day.

Over the years ServiceMaster was the only company I trusted for my carpet cleaning, and they were a respectable brand, so naturally I pursued employment with them in 2010 when I heard there was an opening.

Since my employment with ServiceMaster, I have had the opportunity move through the ranks and have tried my
hand at various positions within the company. My initial position was with the fire/contracting department as their assistant, soon after my employment I also assisted the water damage department. Eventually, I was promoted to accounts receivable manager, which has been a rewarding position for last 4 years.

ServiceMaster has been an outstanding company, which has allowed me the opportunities to continue to grow and learn, while experiencing all that has to offer in the ever changing field of disaster restoration and residential/commercial cleaning services.

Over the last year, I have been the interim Office Manager, which I took very seriously, and I had no intentions of leaving. However, when the opportunity to transition to my dream job within the company came up, I had to take it. Unfortunately, it was at a cost, and it saddens me to see Kim Nelson leave us. She too is pursuing her dreams and has accepted her dream job.

She has done an excellent job with our marketing/social media, and I hope to fill her proverbial shoes. Having said that, I am extremely excited and look forward to sharing my next endeavor within ServiceMaster, but this time I will have an audience. You, the customer, are ServiceMaster’s most valued treasure, and I hope it is as enjoyable for you as I am sure it will be for me.
