Yesterday a loyal customer brought a box of pastries into our office as a thank you. She explained that she wanted to express her gratitude for the kindness shown to her by Kelly Doyle, a 10 year employee of ServiceMaster. You see, a few weeks back her dog passed away and she subsequently brought her rugs in to be cleaned. She was heartbroken over the loss of her longtime companion and Kelly’s sensitivity and compassion made a profound impression on her.
